Retail Sales Associate - Boston Seaport

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service, build and maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets at the Boston Seaport location. Use in-depth product knowledge of eyewear, warranties and optical add-on features to deliver personalized recommendations. Support a seamless omnichannel customer experience and assist with minor adjustments and repairs.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience for all clients.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and attend trainings and workshops as required.
• Demonstrate knowledge of brand offerings, warranties and optical add-on features.
• Build and maintain client relationships through in-store service and follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor eyewear adjustments and repairs and maintain a clean, organized sales floor and back-of-house.
• Provide omnichannel support to ensure a seamless experience across online and in-store platforms.
• Adhere to brand policies and perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships.
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Team-player who is adaptable, supportive and open to feedback; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds; experience operating a POS system and luxury sales experience preferred.
