Role
Key Account Executive responsible for managing and expanding employer relationships across the Northeast US, focusing on healthcare and occupational testing services. Primary objective s include developing long-term client partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
ResponsibilitiesEncompass account management, upselling, delivering presentations and business reviews, acting as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining CRM records.
Collaboration with internal teams and decision‑makers is key.
Requirements- High School diploma
- 3+ years in customer management within healthcare, diagnostics, or related sectors
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ year in healthcare or laboratory services
- Valid driver’s license
- Demonstrated success in customer retention and growth
- B2B account management

- Remote and field engagement with up to 20% travel
Primarily remote with regular in-person visits in the Northeast; travel up to 20%.
