• Base Pay Range: $70,000 - $75,000

• Turn interest into actionable hiring needs and expand opportunities through referrals and adjacent teams
• Collaborate with internal recruiting to ensure opening are on track
• Help in refining sales processes,techniques, and discipline with an AI first mindset

• At least 2 years in a B2B Business Development or Sales position
• Bachelor's Degree
• Past and proven experience using AI tools in a way toleveragecommercial sales processes which lead to profit growth
• Someone who see AI asanintelligence amplifier, not an accessory
