Interested in a Medicare career but do not yet have a health insurance license? After the 2026 Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), eligible associates will participate in company-supported licensing and training. Based on business needs, qualifications, performance, and role fit, selected associates may transition in early 2027 into either a Licensed Medicare Sales Agent role or a Licensed Customer Success Agent role.
