As a Vacation Sales Ambassador, you will:
- Welcome and assist resort guests and visitors.
- Engage guests in friendly conversations to identify their vacation interests and travel preferences.
- Promote highly discounted vacation packages to Hilton Grand Vacations destinations.
- Deliver compelling presentations that highlight the value and benefits of our vacation ownership experiences.
- Provide concierge-style recommendations for local dining, entertainment, and attractions.
- Build positive relationships with guests while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Utilize Hilton Grand Vacations' proven sales techniques to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Partner with fellow team members to share best practices and contribute to team success.
- Previous sales, hospitality, or customer service experience (commission-based sales preferred)
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a competitive environment
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
