Sales Manager – IT Staffing

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Boston-based IT staffing sales team. This hands-on role is responsible for developing new enterprise accounts, expanding existing clients, managing the sales pipeline, and coaching the team to achieve revenue and placement targets.

• Lead, coach, and develop the onsite sales team.
• Establish targets for client meetings, pipeline, placements, revenue, and gross margin.
• Conduct sales huddles, pipeline reviews, and individual coaching sessions.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
• Sell contract staffing, direct-hire, and project-based IT consulting services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closure.
• Build relationships with IT leaders, hiring managers, procurement teams, and vendor managers.
• Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality candidate submissions.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline reporting, and revenue forecasts.
• Build a performance-driven culture centered on accountability and results.

• 5+ years of IT staffing or technology consulting sales experience.
• Prior experience managing and coaching a sales team.
• Proven success acquiring and growing enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of staffing sales, rate negotiation, revenue, and gross margins.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Existing relationships in Boston or New England are preferred.
• Must be available to work onsite in Boston five days per week.
