Account Manager, Client Relationship Management, Customer Success Management
Solace is pioneering Theology-First AI: governed AI tools built specifically for churches, denominations, and faith communities. We partner with ministry leaders to responsibly launch and activate AI solutions that strengthen engagement, knowledge sharing, and ministry effectiveness.
We are seeking an Account Manager to own the success of a growing portfolio of church and denominational partners.
The RoleYou will be the operational heartbeat between our customers and the Solace team—driving accounts from implementation through launch, adoption, and ongoing success.
This is not a passive relationship-management role. We want someone who takes ownership of outcomes:
What are we trying to accomplish? Has it happened? If not, what is blocking it—and how do we get it moving?
- Own customer relationships from implementation through launch, adoption, and ongoing growth.
- Drive timelines, milestones, dependencies, and follow-through across customers and internal Solace teams.
- Proactively identify stalled initiatives, customer needs, and risks—and drive them toward resolution.
- Coordinate across technical, theological, communications, and ministry stakeholders.
- Lead customer check-ins, training, launch planning, and activation efforts.
- Monitor engagement, adoption, and account health; translate insights into concrete actions.
- Identify opportunities to deepen customer engagement and expand successful deployments.
- Help build repeatable customer-success playbooks as Solace scales.
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, consulting, project management, or a similarly client-facing role.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through.
- Comfortable managing multiple customers, stakeholders, and work streams simultaneously.
- High initiative and sound judgment—you don't wait for someone else to discover that something is stuck.
- Comfortable working with emerging technology; direct AI experience is helpful but not required.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with everyone from technical teams to pastors and senior organizational leaders.
- Interest in faith communities and Solace's mission; experience in ministry or faith-based organizations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel periodically for customer meetings, launches, and events.
This is an opportunity to help define customer success in an emerging category at the intersection of AI and faith. You'll work directly with Solace leadership and major faith organizations while helping build the systems we use to scale.
