Summary
The Fashion Advisor, Watches & Fine Jewelry delivers an elevated, end-to-end client experience while driving sales, client conversion, and brand loyalty. This full-time, in-store role builds lasting client relationships and inspires customers through expertise in watches and fine jewelry.
Responsibilities- Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors.
- Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service to exceed client expectations.
- Build client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach.
- Receive repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a superior client experience and drive business results.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience; watches and jewelry knowledge preferred.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for client service, fashion, and luxury.
- Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
