• Comfortable advising clients on risk strategy and coverage placement
• Active P&C license required

• Develop and grow a profitable book of commercial insurance business
• Prospect and build relationships with business owners and decision makers
• Advise clients on risk management strategies and insurance program design
• Work closely with internal account management teams to service and retain clients
• Build long‑term partnerships with carrier underwriters and markets
