Regional Sales Manager – Spatial Biology | Boston / Northeast

We’re partnering with an innovative, high-growth life sciences company developing next-generation spatial biology technology. They are looking for a commercially driven Regional Sales Manager who combines strong scientific understanding with a proven ability to create markets, sell complex capital equipment and close business. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for someone who enjoys building a territory, shaping customer demand and helping scale an emerging technology across pharma, biotech and academia.

• Own the territory from prospecting and pipeline creation through negotiation and close.
• Develop adoption of a novel spatial platform across pharma, biotech, academic and core-lab customers.
• Build and execute a structured territory plan focused on high-value capital equipment opportunities.
• Lead technically credible customer conversations, demonstrations and presentations around scientific applications and value.
• Work closely with scientific, marketing and applications teams to identify new use cases, influence positioning and accelerate market adoption.

• Proven commercial success within spatial biology, genomics, imaging or a closely related life-science technology.
• Strong track record selling complex capital equipment, ideally with significant six-figure deal values.
• A genuine hunter mentality with evidence of building pipeline and consistently closing new business.
• Technically credible and able to communicate complex science clearly, concisely and commercially.
• Entrepreneurial, process-driven and excited by the opportunity to build a market within a fast-growing start-up environment.
• BSc in Life science subject (PhD/ MSc preferred).
