About the role

New England is your territory, and there is real market share to win. As Field Sales Manager, you will grow our business with laboratories across the region - building relationships, uncovering customer needs and turning them into results. This is a role for someone who is energized by being out in the field, meeting customers, and learning the science behind what they do.

Reporting to the North America Sales Director, you will join a highly energized sales team and own commercial execution across your territory, from quotes and order follow-up to lab visits and new business development. Our products support critical work across environmental testing, scientific research, and global infrastructure, so the impact of what you sell is tangible. You will spend roughly half your time in the field, so this role is best suited to someone based in New England who enjoys the independence of a field seller.

What

you will do
  • Generate quotes and support timely, consistent follow-up with customers.
  • Follow up on open orders and keep opportunities moving forward.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the territory.
  • Conduct regular lab visits to strengthen relationships and uncover customer needs.
  • Prospect actively through cold calling, account outreach and field activity.
Your profile

You are energetic, persistent and naturally curious, equally comfortable talking science and closing a sale. You thrive with independence, stay organised and accountable without heavy structure and genuinely enjoy meeting customers, asking good questions and following through.

You bring
  • 3 - 7 years of relevant commercial or customer-facing experience
  • A scientific background in chemistry, biochemistry, environmental or forensic science, chemical engineering, food science or a related discipline
  • Laboratory experience (strongly preferred),…
