Role Overview
The Expert Reviewer evaluates submitted tasks that require in-depth knowledge in earth and atmospheric sciences. - Provide detailed and educational feedback grounded in expertise.
- Identify high-risk errors related to safety or ethics.
- Escalate ambiguous or high-impact issues as necessary.
- Maintain clear documentation of review decisions and rationales.
- Advanced degree, professional certification, or equivalent experience in earth and atmospheric sciences.
- 5+ years of professional experience in this domain.
- Experience with evaluation, review, or supervisory roles, or teaching and mentoring.
- Strong understanding of professional boundaries, risk, and compliance considerations.
- Excellent written communication skills for formal feedback.
- Experience reviewing AI-generated or training data content.
- Familiarity with compliance, regulatory, or ethical standards in the field.
- Ability to convey expert knowledge in clear, structured explanations.
- Comfortable working with changing guidelines and feedback cycles.

- $65 to $100 per hour based on expertise, with bonuses for key contributions.
- Begins with a paid trial period.
- Paid every two weeks based on tracked hours.
