Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Analytical Scientist to support analytical testing and laboratory activities within a fast-paced laboratory environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to HPLC/UPLC systems
, sample preparation, and analytical data review while supporting established analytical methods and laboratory procedures.
- Prepare and process laboratory samples for analysis
- Operate HPLC/UPLC systems and perform data analysis using Waters Empower software
- Support N-glycan analysis and sample preparation activities
- Document laboratory results and observations in electronic notebooks
- Collaborate with senior analysts to discuss experimental plans and report findings
- Troubleshoot analytical and instrument-related issues as needed
- Follow established analytical procedures and laboratory protocols
- Support qualification and validation activities within QC environments over time
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related scientific field
- 0–2 years of analytical laboratory or scientific experience
- Basic understanding of:
- HPLC/UPLC
- Analytical Testing
- Laboratory Documentation Practices
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work in team-oriented laboratory environments
- Exposure to:
- Waters Empower Software
- N-Glycan Analysis
- Waters Glycoworks N-Glycan Kit
- Familiarity with QC laboratory environments
- Experience with Waters Andrew Alliance Robot is a plus
- Knowledge of qualification and validation activities preferred
- Entry Level / 0–2 years of relevant analytical laboratory experience
