Responsibilities- Perform quantitative analysis in support of RNA therapeutics development.
- Identify metabolites of oligonucleotides using high‑resolution mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography‑mass spectrometry.
- Design and conduct in vitro and in vivo studies to assess siRNA‑based modalities for efficacy, exposure, potency, and durability.
- Enable platform development through in vitro stability assays.
- Conduct analytical assay development for siRNA‑based modalities in connection with pre‑portfolio, portfolio, and candidate selection.
- Develop analytical methods to support antibody‑conjugated siRNA programs.
- Develop alternative methods for tissue homogenization to improve throughput and sensitivity.

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience performing quantitative biochemical analyses in an industrial or research setting.
- 3 years experience leveraging high‑performance liquid chromatography‑mass spectrometry (HPLC‑MS) for bioanalysis.
- 3 years experience with high‑resolution mass spectrometry tools, including Orbitrap/TOF.
- 3 years experience handling biological tissues and fluids in a research laboratory setting.
- 3 years experience conducting oligonucleotide bioanalysis.
- Up to 5% domestic and international travel required.
