- Provide customer service to staff and visitors by following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Carry an authorized firearm and related equipment in accordance with state licensing requirements and Allied Universal and site post orders, helping to maintain a professional presence.
- Respond to alarms, suspicious activity, and/or critical incidents in a calm, problem‑solving manner, coordinating with site management and local law enforcement as directed.
- Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the lobby, ATM areas, offices, and perimeter, and complete security‑related checks of doors, gates, and restricted areas.
- Document patrols, incidents, and/or unusual conditions in written reports and electronic logs, and communicate relevant updates during shift briefings and pass‑downs.
- Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
- Have at least 1 year of armed security‑related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
- Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
