Security Guard - Highend Condominium Patrol

Allied Universal - Up to $21.00/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, entrances, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and observe resident and guest traffic, reporting suspicious or unauthorized activity in accordance with post orders.;
Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation accurately and on time, and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.
