Allied Universal - Up to $21.57/hour - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and employees at an automotive location by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.;
Control access at entry points by verifying identification and visit purpose, issuing temporary credentials as directed, and maintaining access logs in accordance with site guidelines.;
Monitor cameras, alarms, and access control systems; report irregular activity and document observations per Allied Universal and site requirements.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency services when appropriate.;
Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate shift activity during post handoff, and follow escalation procedures to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions.
