Provide customer service at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential hazards and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points by observing pedestrian and vehicle traffic, verifying authorization as required, and directing visitors to appropriate check-in and/or service areas.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting assistance from site contacts and/or public resources when needed.;
Complete detailed written reports of patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions, and communicate updates promptly to Allied Universal supervision and/or site representatives.
