Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, tenant spaces as directed, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and lobby/garage activity as assigned, verifying authorized entry, assisting with directions, and reporting suspicious behavior in accordance with site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site management and/or emergency services as needed and documenting actions taken;
Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports, and communicate key observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts during shift transitions
