Security Officer State Building

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff and visitors at a government location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, public areas, parking areas, and perimeter zones, observing for unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed;
Monitor entrances and restricted areas, verify identification and/or access authorization as required, and assist with visitor management and direction-giving;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations in written reports and logs, and communicate notable information to Allied Universal supervision and site stakeholders
