This Global Security & Resilience CoOp role blends hands‑on security operations with individualized development, providing responsibilities that both support Global Security & Resilience objectives and build on the student's professional goals. By engaging in administrative support, technical systems work, and cross‑functional coordination, the CoOp gains practical experience tailored to their growth while delivering real value to the organization. This role will report directly to the Sr.

Director, Head of Global Security & Resilience.

Position Responsibilities
  • Supports the Sr. Director, Head of Global Security in all global security strategic focus areas including Physical & Technical Security, Travel Risk Management, and Crisis Response & Resiliency.
  • Performs security office administrative functions and daily operations within the enterprise video and access control systems, including employee badging/, occupancy reporting, and video review at the PTC Boston HQ.
  • Assists with the effective rollout of the PTC Crisis Management Platform.
  • Monitors regional global security mailbox and service ticket system for employee assistance requests, per region.
  • Monitors PTC Crisis Platform for potential threat to PTC employees/business and escalates as needed.
  • Works closely with PTC Office Managers in revising and editing ERT plans and records, and supports training as needed.
  • Develops and tracks regional global security metrics, as developed by Global Security Leadership.

Basic Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice, Risk Management or related field.
