Your MissionAs an Executive Protection Agent, you will be a critical component of our executive protection and emergency response framework. You will operate with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and proprietary information. Your responsibilities include:
- Executive Protection & Presence: Provide a visible, reassuring security presence for executives and staff, while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Threat Response: Act as a first responder to security threats, including active shooter scenarios, within the client’s office suite.
- Security Systems Oversight: Monitor and inspect physical security infrastructure; locks, cameras, access control systems to ensure operational integrity.
- Incident Reporting: Produce detailed, timely reports on security incidents and maintain clear communication with GSPS leadership.
- Advance & Support Operations: Assist protective agents in field operations, including advanced walkthroughs, secure transportation, and body coverage.
- Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies regarding access, photography, and sensitive areas with professionalism and authority.
- Emergency Protocol Execution: Follow GSPS protocols during emergencies, prioritizing the safety of executives, staff, and guests.
- Area Sweeps & Surveillance: Conduct regular security sweeps and live monitoring of surveillance systems.
- Team Integration: Collaborate with visiting security teams and facilities management to ensure seamless protective operations.
- Experience: Prior experience in Executive Protection, Dignitary Protection, or Protective Security Detail (PSD) is required.
- Certifications & Credentials:
- Valid Guard Card & MA CCW
- U.S. Passport & Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy
- Physical Readiness Test (PRT) & Meet‑and‑Greet evaluation
- Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening
- Skills & Attributes:
- Command presence and confidence under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Tactical awareness and emergency response capabilities
- Physical readiness and mental resilience
- Discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Prior military, law enforcement, or ERT experience
- Specialized training in crisis management, emergency medicine, or incident response
- LEOSA/HR 218 or multi‑state CCW permit
- CPR certification
- EMT license
- Familiarity with Corporate and/or Residential Security Technologies, Tools and Processes
Protect the data and systems of Crisis
24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
