Job SummarySenior Account Manager for a premier account in Boston, MA.
Salary80,000 – 90,000 USD (range based on experience).
Employment DetailsFull‑time. 1st Shift, Weekends, and various on‑call duties. Must be available 24/7 and may work evenings, night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Responsibilities- Design work schedules for regular and special assignments to provide effective and efficient service.
- Ensure trained and qualified security personnel properly staff all posts.
- Ensure all security personnel perform duties in compliance with facility security procedures and policies.
- Review and approve all reports, duty logs, and other documentation submitted by security personnel.
- Notify timely of all serious incidents.
- Maintain effective communication with all assigned security personnel.
- Counsel, advise, motivate, and provide discipline and positive reinforcement to personnel as needed.
- Work with management to develop and implement employee relations, development, and retention programs.
- Keep assigned security personnel updated on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.
- Assume other duties as required by the client or Northeast Security, Inc.
- At least three (3) years of Security Supervisor experience or equivalent in the field.
- Valid driver’s license with at least three years of clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to pass all pre‑employment background and drug screenings.
- Minimum age 18 years.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
