Security Officer Shuttle Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.;
Monitor lobby and front desk activity, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, maintain access logs, and help to deter unauthorized entry in accordance with site policies.;
Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership when needed.;
Support badge access, visitor check-in, package handling, and phone or radio communications while maintaining awareness of security-related conditions at the front desk.;
Document routine activities, unusual events, and/or security-related incidents in required reports and communicate relevant information to clients, staff, and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.
