Event Security Officer for FIFA and Other Events! (Per Diem / Flexible Schedule)

We are seeking professional and reliable Event Security Officers to join our team on a per diem basis. In this role, your primary responsibility is to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and vendors during events.

Event Security Officers will be responsible for maintaining a visible presence, managing access control, and responding to incidents as they arise. The ideal candidate is professional, alert, and capable of handling high-traffic environments with strong customer service and communication skills.

• Maintain a strong and visible security presence throughout the event
• Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized individuals gain access
• Perform bag checks and credential verification as required
• Assist with crowd control and ensure orderly conduct of guests
• Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies
• De‑escalate conflicts in a calm and professional manner
• Communicate effectively with event staff, management, and local authorities if needed
• Monitor assigned areas to identify and report suspicious activity
• Complete incident reports and required documentation

• Previous experience in security, event staff, or a related field preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in fast‑paced environments
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
