Security Officer Access Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific access control procedures at a logistics and distribution location;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes when required, and/or maintain accurate access logs for people, vehicles, and deliveries;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including following emergency response activities and reporting procedures;
Help to deter unauthorized access by observing gate activity, checking trailers, packages, and/or shipments as directed by site policies, and reporting unusual activity;
Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned access points, operational areas, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location
