** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Monitor lobby and reception areas, manage access at the front desk, verify identification and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized entry in accordance with location policies.

+ Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with staff and/or emergency contacts as needed.

+ Maintain awareness of daily activity at the location, document security-related events and visitor activity, and report unusual conditions through proper channels.

+ Support a professional front desk presence by assisting with badge issuance, directing foot traffic, answering routine inquiries, and following healthcare location procedures for privacy and access control.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
