Job Summary: USI is seeking an experienced security professional as a Vehicle Patrol Supervisor for the Greater Boston Area. Job Duties may include performing security patrols of designated areas by vehicle, observing for any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards, managing scheduling for the patrol team. Security Officers provide a high level of customer service and assistance to clients, client employees and visitors in a polite and professional manner.

• Previous Security Supervisor experience required
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Proficient with technology and using multiple software and applications
• Customer service experience or concierge experience required
• Ability to type quickly to process visitors and employees efficiently.
• Speak clearly and concisely
• Ability to keep a neat and organized workstation
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to conduct foot patrols frequently

• Patrol buildings and grounds, identify unsafe conditions and improperly secured areas/property to help prevent theft, injuries or damages.
• Managing scheduling and payroll with the patrol officers
• Provide a high level of customer service by interacting with visitors and staff in a professional manner that is proactive, friendly and helpful
• Projects a positive image in dress and decorum.
• Maintains regular, consistent attendance record.
• Knowledgeable of and adhere to all rules and regulations, policies, and orders.

• Must have experience in providing detailed case reports.
• Excellent computer skills with high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
• Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.
• Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment.
