• Driver's License of 3 years or more with a clean record

$25.10 - $27.90 depending on position & experience

Variety of full time and part time, overnights, second shift.

Experience with Quality of Life individuals.

• Excellent oral & written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy in MS Windows, Outlook, and One Note.
• Vigilant patrolling of large properties including vagrants and community with quality‑of‑life issues.
• May be required to review security footage and conduct investigations of incidents.
• Respond to emergency situations involving patrons with quality‑of‑life issues such as homelessness & addictions.
• Write incident reports.
• Use walkie‑talkies to communicate closely with the team.
• Discern irate tenant/customer calls and access requests.
• Previous law enforcement or related field/education in a fast‑paced environment is required.
• Those obtaining a Criminal Justice degree for a related field are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent computer skills utilizing multiple screens.
• Neat & professional appearance.
• Dependable means of transportation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal).
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass all pre‑employment background and drug screenings.

• Respond to emergency situations in person.
• Work outdoors during all weather conditions to monitor, patrol, and respond to threats/emergencies.
• Use modern technology to monitor alarm signals and dispatch personnel accordingly.
• Answer incoming lines. Work individually and as a team to respond to incidents.
• Review security footage and conduct investigations.
• Remain calm and work well in a fast‑paced environment.
• Patrol and monitor multiple premises to detect irregularities.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary.
• Conduct foot patrols of the premises.
• Write detailed daily incident reports.
• Maintain proper use, completion, and submission of all patrol activity forms.
• Respond to requests for assistance and evaluate appropriate courses of action.
• Comply with all requirements/directives within the on‑site operations manual/post orders.
• Assume other duties as required by either client or Northeast Security, Inc.
