Security Officer Executive Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor lobby and reception area activity, verify identification and/or visitor access according to location policies, and report unusual or suspicious behavior to the appropriate contact;
Answer phones, greet incoming guests, manage visitor sign-in processes, and support badge distribution and/or access documentation in a professional manner;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or medical location disruptions as needed;
Support a professional front desk presence by helping to deter unauthorized access, maintaining awareness of entry points, and communicating clearly with staff and/or first responders during security-related events
