Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial services location, including lobbies, office areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations as assigned;
Monitor access points and visitor activity to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or other concerning behavior while maintaining a professional presence;
Support daily operations by communicating clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues observed during patrols
