Position SummaryOperational Lead Security Agent at the BOS airport in Boston, Massachusetts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide support to GSI Leads and Security Agents in daily activities as per the customer’s requirements.
- Schedule and assign Security Agents to ensure proper coverage and relief.
- Serve as a liaison for local airline customers, host catering units, FAA, or other government authorities.
- Maintain all security-related records required by local airline customers, FAA, and other authorities.
- Ensure all government, customer, airline, and local requirements are met.
- Report all daily, weekly, and monthly activities to the appropriate member of management.
- Conduct and ensure all training and orientation are provided to employees.
- Work with the Regional HR Manager to recruit, hire, and retain high-quality security agents.
- Maintain provisions, regulations, procedures, and processes in current collective bargaining agreement.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by ACTS‑Aviation Security management.
$21.00/hr
EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Excellent knowledge of operations.
Must possess both written and oral communication skills in English.
Certificates, Licenses and RegistrationsNew employees required to complete an FBI fingerprint check (SIDA Badge) and a confirmed 10‑year background check.

Environmental RequirementsAbility to bend, push, and lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.
