Job Title: Security Dispatcher (Security Operations Center)
Location: Boston, MA (near South Station)
Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday (10pm-8am)
Salary: $22.00-$24.00/hour (depending on experience)
ResponsibilitiesMaintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm monitoring of intrusion detection systems, emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.
QualificationsPrevious experience in call center representative, dispatch, or camera monitoring roles. Experience with radio monitoring or alarm systems is preferred.
