Responsibilities
- Supervision of security staff for the safety and protection of all Ryder personnel at the Boston, MA Facility.
- Ensure that access control is maintained at all times.
- Develop security procedures to be adhered to by security staff.
- Ensure that equipment pertinent to the security operation is serviced and maintained and in operable condition.
- Purchase tools pertinent to the operation of the security department at the Boston, MA facility and ensure billing is correct.
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Associate's degree preferred in related field
- Five (5) years or more experience in Security or Law Enforcement required
- Three (3) years or more spent at supervisor or above level required
- Law Enforcement School Certification
