RoleSecurity Officer Patrol Customer Assistance in Boston, MA. You will serve and safeguard clients in residential and other settings, with a focus on visible presence, customer service, and incident response. This is a part-time position with scheduling flexibility.

Pay Rate: $23.28 / Hour
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site guidelines.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access to the location by observing entrances and exits, verifying authorization when required, and reporting unusual activity and/or policy violations.
- Support daily residential operations by assisting with routine inquiries, communicating with property personnel, and following post orders related to after-hours activity, deliveries, and visitor interactions.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
