Security Officer (Guard Gate, Patrol Officer, Command Center)

BOSTON, MA – Luxury Boston Condos (Waterfront Property)

$22.00‑$26.00 per hour

• Provide professional customer service to a client‑facing site.
• Engage and respond to residents, visitors, and contractors in a high foot‑traffic environment.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols on foot to inspect the building and grounds.
• Maintain a high level of observation skills.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, and management.
• Observe, report, and prepare logs or reports on incidents or suspicious activity.
• Respond to emergency situations following established site procedures.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable means of communication and transportation.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to effectively speak, read, and write English.
• High school diploma or G.E.D.
