Security Officer Lobby Monitoring

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the front desk of a healthcare location;
Monitor access to the location by greeting entrants, verifying identification and/or credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating entry procedures in a professional manner;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management as appropriate;
Observe front desk activity and surrounding entry areas to help deter unauthorized access, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, and document security-related concerns in required reports;
Answer phones, assist with directions, receive deliveries, and support administrative front desk operations while maintaining awareness of security-related conditions at the location
