Security Officer Shuttle driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location;
Monitor front desk activity, greet and direct visitors, verify identification and/or credentials, and assist with access control and visitor sign-in processes;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper channels and documenting security-related events as needed;
Answer questions, provide directions, and support a professional lobby environment while helping to address unauthorized access and/or other front desk concerns;
Support Allied Universal standards by maintaining awareness of daily operations, communicating with site contacts, and helping to follow post orders and emergency protocols
