** What You Will Do**  **Â*
* Guidehouse is executing an ambitious growth strategy for its Digital Assets capability. We are seeking an Associate Director to lead  
** technology advisory and delivery**  for Digital Asset initiatives at banks and fintechs. As an Associate Director, you will own solution architecture, platform selection, and end-to-end execution across DLT-based platforms, working directly with senior client stakeholders.

 Key Responsibilities will include:Â

+ Engagement Leadership:
Oversee delivery of client engagements and advise on building blockchain product and infrastructureÂ

+ Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with leadership on development and execution of strategic growth and new client acquisition by building and maintaining partner relationships with digital asset and traditional financial institutionsÂ

+ Cross-Practice

Collaboration:

Partner with Guidehouse specialty and non-specialty practices to cross-sell relevant services and solutionsÂ

+ Talent Development:
Mentor and develop team members, while recruiting new talent to support this strategic growth initiativeÂ

+ Thought Leadership:
Collaborate across practices to develop intellectual property and contribute to industry-leading insightsÂ

+ Executive Engagement:
Manage senior-level relationships and align Digital Assets solutions to client needs, driving revenue and profitabilityÂ

** What You Will Need**  **Â*
* + Bachelor's degreeÂ

+ 7-10+ years of experience in Fin Tech, Banking Treasury, Capital Markets, or related financial and/or product rolesÂ

+ Experience delivering  
** blockchain or DLT platforms**  within regulated financial institutions (banks, custodians, broker‑dealers, market infrastructure providers)Â

+ Proven experience leading  
** buy‑vs‑build decisions and vendor evaluations**  and the ability to assess technical architecture, control models, roadmaps, and total cost of ownershipÂ

+ Deep knowledge of  
** institutional wallet & custody models** , including MPC‑based and/or HSM‑based architecturesÂ

+ Experience  
** integrating fiat on/off ramps** , payment rails, exchanges, custodians, and liquidity providersÂ

+

Experience with   
** tokenization engines** Â supporting issuance, transfer, and lifecycle management of tokenized assetsÂ

+  
** Smart contracts** Â (design, deployment, governance)Â

+ Integration with  
** core banking systems** , ledgers, or treasury platformsÂ

+ Experience  
** connecting to public and/or permissioned blockchain networks** Â with understanding of node strategy, validator participation, and operational support modelsÂ

** What Would Be Nice to Have**  **Â*
* + Master’s degreeÂ

+ Background in technology consulting, financial services engineering, or platform architectureÂ

+ Experience working with banks, capital markets firms, fintechs, or digital asset platformsÂ

The annual salary range for this position is $-$.  Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
