Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Full Time Security Officer for a Residential Site in Boston MA
Wednesday 4 PM - 12 AM AND Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 3 PM - 11 PM
Starting Pay is $21.25 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training

, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a premier commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a welcoming environment through routine patrols, teamwork, and integrity while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative approach to each shift.

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with property management and/or public emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, offices, parking areas, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and vendor presence in accordance with property protocols, assisting with entry procedures and reporting concerns related to property rules and/or unauthorized access.
• Support daily operations by completing routine reports, maintaining visible presence throughout the location, and communicating professionally with tenants, guests, and Allied Universal leadership.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
