Security Guard Front Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and contractors at a healthcare front desk;
Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor credentials, issuing temporary badges, maintaining visitor logs;
Answer incoming calls, provide general information, and communicate visitor arrivals, deliveries, and service requests to appropriate personnel;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Maintain accurate records of incidents, access activity, and shift communications while reporting unusual conditions or security-related concerns to site leadership
