Branch Security Officer - Copley

Summary

The Branch Security Officer at the Copley store provides day-to-day security and operations support, protecting assets and ensuring a safe, welcoming client experience. They work with senior security and store teams to implement security controls, manage incidents, and support store operations and sales goals.

• Oversee security controls and daily operations, including inspections, alarm tests, and key access
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergencies
• Carry out opening and closing procedures and assist with back-of-house operations and facilities repairs
• Support the sales floor by delivering exceptional client service and acting as a brand ambassador

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow security procedures
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: 1 year of prior experience in a security-related or retail security role
