Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the luxury retail location, including sales floors, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter locations, while reporting unusual conditions;
Deter theft, unauthorized access, and disruptive behavior through visible presence, professional interaction, and timely reporting of observations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel as needed;
Document incidents, patrol activities, and security-related concerns accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management
