We are seeking a professional and motivated Unarmed Security Officers to join our team. This position is responsible for partnering with the client and operations team on day-to-day activities. Professional appearance with strong administrative and people skills are required.

High School/GED

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, visitors and team members.
• Oversee front desk operations including visitor management and access control.
• Handle administrative tasks such as verifying/maintaining access logs, monitoring CCTV and emails.
• Communicate effective with clients, visitors, and team members on day-day operations.
• Use strong written skills to complete accurate and detailed daily activity reports.
• Conduct hourly foot patrols throughout the building .
• Observe, survey, and report on activities at your assigned post.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to critical incidents and emergencies.

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
• Excellent skills in customer service, communication and multitasking, while working well under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong, stable work history.
• Must pass a drug test and background screening.
• Reliable transportation required.
