• High school diploma or equivalent experience required; additional education in criminal justice preferred.
• 1-3 years of security experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s license in state of residence required.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications (training provided).
• Preferably licensed as a Special State Police Officer under Massachusetts General Laws.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong risk analysis and organizational abilities.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to handle diverse situations.
• Proficient in preparing clear reports and using office equipment.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in multiple languages preferred.

• Patrol buildings and grounds to identify and address potential security risks.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and staff, encouraging a culture of safety awareness.
• Respond to emergencies and conduct investigations as needed.
• Assist with patient restraints, property accountability, and other security-related tasks.
• Perform additional duties such as escorts and special assignments.

• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and respond to emergencies.
• Must successfully complete functional assessments within the first 90 days and annually thereafter.
