Life Sciences Transactions Associate

Overview

• Experience involves life sciences partnering, collaboration, cross-border licensing, and various commercial agreements including supply, manufacturing, master services, research, and clinical trial agreements.
• Work includes IP transaction support for M&A, royalty monetization, and capital markets.
• An undergraduate or graduate science degree, or medical device experience, is preferred but not required.

Sidley Austin is seeking associates to join the Technology & Life Sciences practice. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a large law firm environment, including experience in life sciences partnering, collaboration, and licensing agreements, cross-border; life sciences commercial agreements, e.g., supply and manufacturing agreements, master services agreements, research agreements, clinical trial agreements; and IP transaction support for M&A, royalty monetization, and capital markets.

An undergraduate or graduate science degree and/ or medical device experience are preferred but not required. Candidates must be admitted or eligible to seek prompt admission to the Massachusetts bar. Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. Target Salary Range:
