We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in maintaining a luxury hotel facility. This role involves routine inspections, maintenance, and repair of building systems and fixtures to ensure a fully functional and serviceable environment.

• Inspect assigned areas on a routine basis and perform necessary maintenance to keep the facility in functioning and serviceable condition.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures.
• Repair and maintain various fixtures and hardware, including doors, windows, minor appliances, and office equipment.
• Report any major maintenance needs and recommend corrective actions.

• 4-6 years of building maintenance experience within apartment complexes, hotels, or general property maintenance.
• Proficiency in electrical, facilities maintenance, mechanical, plumbing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a daily basis.
• Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and email proficiency.
• Experience with HVAC systems, repair, preventive maintenance, and drywall.

• Experience in a customer-focused environment such as apartments, hotels, or corporate facilities.
• Experience working on rooftop HVAC units and familiarity with Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes.
• Painting skills are considered a huge bonus.

This position offers a 12-month contract that renews annually, complete with an annual bonus. There is also the opportunity for overtime, and you will have the chance to work in a vibrant city hub.

The role is based in a luxury hotel located at a prime location in North Station. The work environment is dynamic and requires adherence to high standards of service and presentation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boston, MA.

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Boston, MA.
