Independently solve complex technical problems and proactively seek necessary information to resolve technical issues effectively.;
Lead and ensure the workplace follows 5S principles:
Sort, Set in Order, Clean, Standardize, and Sustain.;
Independently and efficiently perform maintenance servicing and repairs on Ground Support Equipment and/or Commercial Trucks according to OEM specifications and company standards.;
Diagnose and repair advanced mechanical and electrical issues specific to a wide range of GSE and Commercial Trucks.;
Conduct comprehensive inspections, including checking vehicle hours, water, oil levels, lights, and overall condition to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
