Description
SCHEDULE40 hours, Monday-Friday, 730AM-330PM This position is essential in the event of weather or other emergencies.
PAYS$21.40 - $24.00 per hour DOE (Salary ranges provided are based on relevant experience and skill set)
LOCATION151 Geneva Ave, Boston MA 02021
SUMMARY OF THE POSITIONThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical work and painting, etc.
REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION/TRAININGREQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read printed labels and instructions
- Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing
- Bilingual English/Spanish
REQUIRED:
- Minimum of six (6) months of maintenance experience
- Knowledge of building trades such as painting, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems
- Previous experience in Building Maintenance
