Immediate Hiring:
Permanent Full-Time Experienced Mid-Level Diesel Technician
Support our Truck Fleet in South Boston, Massachusetts!
Hourly Pay: $32.43 per hour
Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to $500 Every Quarter - Four Times Per Year
Tool Box/Tool Allowance Provided
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Weekends OFF
Shift Hours: Second Shift, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Vocational/Technical Certification or Post-secondary degree, preferred
- Basic tools required
- At least 2 years of experience or a combination of classroom training and practical experience in automotive gas or diesel engines
- Valid CDL Class A preferred (must be obtained within 6 months of hire)
- Ability to pass drug tests, DOT physical, road test, background check, and motor vehicle check
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, brakes, and tire work
- Diagnose and repair basic mechanical and electronic issues
- Utilize diagnostic equipment as needed
- Conduct facility and equipment maintenance
- Interact with drivers/customers to identify and resolve mechanical issues
- Follow all safety, DOT, and company compliance guidelines
- Support operations as required, including Service Island duties
